INSA's Council and Technical Steering Committees meet in London
The Council and Steering Committees held their June meetings at LR's London office, an opportunity to get together in person to review progress and steer the direction of INSA for the coming year.
The Ship Technical Steering Committee reviewed the progress of the NSC working group where the group is focussing on clearing comments from the database. They also oversee the NBoatC working group which continues to develop Special Functions for naval boats.
The Submarine Technical Steering Committee were pleased with the progress of the NSubC WG and also discussed engagement with industry stakeholders.
The Council take a strategic view of the direction of INSA and also considered software tools and stakeholder engagement during their meeting.
